With regards to any billing inquiry, we always refer you to reach out to our live support team for further assistance. Once they verify your credentials, they can open up back end information such as your subscription billing information and see how best to move forward with this inquiry.
We are not able to access such information over social channels as well as in the Community which is why we are referring you to our live channels for this matter. I have also attached this help document on closing your store for reference as well.
