I am unable to add payoneer as a payment option on my Nigerian Shopify store

Hello everyone. I just opened my store on Shopify but it isn’t linking my payoneer account to my store as a payment option. I tried to link it several time but I kept getting redirected to a page where I was asked for few details and nothing more. I wasn’t directed to login to my already existing account.

pls help
