I have already contacted support through the Shopify Help Center, but the issue remains unresolved. My account balance currently has over $20,000, and the payouts are not being processed according to the schedule. This situation is severely affecting my ability to operate normally.

I have asked many times, and I was told that I would receive the payout today, July 29th. However, my account status has not updated, and there is no change in the payment status to “in transit” or “paid.”

I'm sorry to hear you're still experiencing troubles with your payouts. To confirm, have you followed up with our support team regarding this already? If not, I'd encourage you to do so as this will allow them to check on your open ticket, as we’re unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community. We will also be able to confirm the appropriate steps have been taken to ensure this gets resolved as quickly as possible.
