I am unable to withdraw money from shopify , whenever i try to withdraw after 1-2 days it show that

I've been trying to withdraw money from my shopify account but im unable to do so , my account is based in USA and shopify payments is setup on it ,after u get my payout from shopify i tried to withdraw it to my bank , as i am situated outside of US i use Wise or Payoneer accounts as my withdrawal banks , so whenever i transfer my payout from shopify to my wise bank account after 2 days it shows the recipt that payment done , but after furthur 1-3 days it gets revered and in my wise bank app there is no payment incoming from shopify  , how can i resolve this , because this is ruining my bussiness 

 as you can see in this screenshot i tranfered the amount on november 11 and on november 12 it showed the recipt meaning transfer complete but 2 days later on nov 14 the amount got reveresed ! I tried switching my wise and payoneer accounts but still the same issue
