I an unable to purchase shopify basic plan after adding credit card.

Please help me. 

Look at the screenshot,  "Select a plan" button is not enabled to purchase.

Would there be any error message or notification in the admin when you attempted to select a plan, or is the option just not available to you at all as you mentioned?

In cases like this where forms or selections are not working correctly online, I'd ensure you're using a supported browser and also that you have recently cleared the cache on that browser.

Would this be your first time adding a payment method and selecting a plan for your store, or have you already been using Shopify for some time?
