I can’t be directed to the payment page

Hello

i I have recently activated and made an account with Tap payments. My store is based in Saudi Arabia and everything was working perfectly fine. I even tried to use test mode and did the whole check out process smoothly but when I finally launched my shop, the Tap payments method stopped working completely. How can I fix this problem?

@Vjnoii22  Hi If Tap Payments worked in test mode but not after launch, please make sure you’ve switched to live mode and entered the correct live API credentials in Shopify. Also, confirm your store currency is supported (like SAR), and check that your shipping zones are properly set up for Saudi Arabia. Sometimes third-party apps or checkout customizations can cause issues too, so try disabling those temporarily. If everything looks correct, it’s best to contact Tap support to confirm your account is fully active
