I can't buy the month plan - error with my credit card

Hello.

I have the problem with payment when I want to buy the month plan. When I try to pay it says "there is 1 error your card was rejected while verifying. double check the information you entered and try again or try adding another card". I'm using mastercard. I already checked all the card informations and I also have enabled recurring, international payments for the card as I have multiple subscribsions like for example spotify. I also tried to do it from different device (mobile phone). What should I do?

Hi, @Tequaz. I'm happy to help you out with this! Are you attempting your first monthly payment or have you already used this card to make payments to Shopify before?

 

To pay for a Shopify subscription you'll want to double check that you're using a payment method that is supported. This guide can help walk you through the payment method requirements. If you believe the payment method you're using does meet the requirements I recommend speaking with our support team here for more help. We can't see any account information here over the Shopify Community, but if you speak with our support team through the page I shared we would be able to review this with you in more detail.
