I can't contact support and my business isn't verified?

I've recently gotten a new shopify account (in the past this step was not required) 

They asked for my business verification documents in order to use shopify payments/payout. I attempted multiple times until its failed and it says "contact support". I dont really know what they're asking me for as I have provided what I can - I want to talk to a human support staff but then I get hit with an error below! 

But when i contact support it says: 

So frustrating! When did shopify make you verify your business details?
