If you're referring to Shopify Payments, then your pay period/payout date will vary depending on where you're located. Shopify Payments does not provide instant payouts but more info regarding pay periods and how to view your payouts can be found in this guide. If you're referring to a different payment gateway, we would recommend contacting their customer support directly for more information.
