I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH SHOPIFY! UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES!

I have been receiving unauthorized charges on my account and I have been looking for MONTHS for some way to contact Shopify and I cannot get in touch with anyone. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I did not authorize these charges and never signed up for any so called subscription!
