I cant access my Recievables

I have already gotten orders from last weekend but I am still waiting to receive my payouts. I tried switching to a different bank account but am still not receiving any money. Im scared that the money from these orders is just lost. I hope someone can help me!

Are you using Shopify payments? If yes, kindly check your finances section or >settings >payments >payouts to check the payout schedule. Paid orders or sales will not automatically sent to your bank account. There is a payout schedule for each.

We already did all of that and used shopify payments, I tried switching to a different account after to see if that was the problem but nothing is working. Our payout schedule is also every business day but our balance is still 0.00 Its been a week +
