The available payment provider options depend on where your store is located so it's possible Stripe is not an option for your location. It's difficult to say for certain here over the Shopify Community since we can't see your account information here. That being said, you can double check the available payment providers and payment gateways for your region by entering your region on this page. You can also contact our support team through the Help Center here for more help with this. If you speak with us there we would be able to review this with you in more detail.
