Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello everyone,
The current configuration I have for pickups and deliveries is:
Pickup = free
20km and less = free (with a minimum purchase of $100 and depending on the weight)
20 to 40km = $75.00 (with a minimum purchase of $100 and depending on the weight)
40 to 90km = $120.00 (with a minimum purchase of $100 and depending on the weight)
Twice now, this one customer has placed orders over $100 and beyond the required weight, and both times his deliveries were free. I don't understand.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
