I forgot about the free trial and just got billed. I haven't event used my store at all

I have signed up for the free trail and have forgot about it. Just today 5 minutes ago I received a message that I got billed for the account and I am currently not in a state to afford it. I haven't even used the store at all. I kindly request a refund cause I haven't used the service at all. 

Please kindly consider my situation and help me get a refund. @Lulu

With that being siaid, you can get in touch with our live suport by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner. 
Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.
