I fulfilled order but says awaiting item

I fulfilled the order...but usps says awaiting item.... I am dropshipping so nothing should come to my home right? Am I supposed to send it to my home and then send it to usps to get it ti the customer?

With dropshipping the course of events should be that the customer places an order on your store, then the order should be fulfilled by yourself by going through the process of heading to the app or website to place the order to the address the customer provided. It is generally not a fully automatic process. 

Can I ask how you have set up shipping on your store, as well as what specific shipping methods you have set up?
