Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have currently made sales, but I cannot fulfill these orders until I get a my payout money as these are pre-orders.
(I will be using the money from my sales to get the product)
My next payout says $0 but my customers have paid and they have been approved, why is this?
Congrats on your first sales! Where your funds are located will be determined by the payment processors you have enabled in your store. You can view the payment processor your customers used by opening the order in the admin, then scrolling down to the order history. Based on the context you've provided, it is likely you have a third-party payment provider enabled such as Paypal, which holds funds in an account until you manually opt to transfer the funds to your bank.

thank you for replying, I have Shopify payments as the payment provider, do you know how I can manually opt to transfer the funds to my account?
The funds should automatically be transferred to you in that case, and show that you have a pending payout. You'll want to check the orders directly to see what payment provider was used:
If the order was paid for with Shopify Payments, then you'll see the funds being added to your next payout, while also seeing Shopify Payments as the gateway listed when you expand the payment line. This information can be seen in the "Timeline" section of each order.
You can also check if you have other payment provides enabled by going to Settings/Payments
