Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Ever since I changed my Shopify Payment account on July 31st, I haven't received any payments through Shopify Payment as usual. It's been half a month, and every day it shows that the payment is being processed, but I have yet to receive it. I've only received three payments related to Shop Pay Installments. I've been contacting the customer service team every day, but they always tell me to wait and that they don't have the authority to handle Shopify Payment issues. What should I do? Can someone tell me that this endless waiting is absurd and unreasonable?
