Have you created a shipping profile by going to settings -> Shipping and Delivery. You have to select the country and the regions you ship your products to.

I recommended you to check the default package size in the Shipping and Delivery section on the admin side and it should fulfill the minimum size for example 11 * 8 * 1.5 cm this may be very based on your shipping carrier.
