Help!  shopify all of the sudden can't ship to Seattle WA?

Have you created a shipping profile by going to settings -> Shipping and Delivery. You have to select the country and the regions you ship your products to.

I've previously gone through some troubleshooting steps to a similar shipping error, feel free to follow the steps I listed here to see if that'll help resolve your issue.


Other than the suggestions in the post I linked, you can also check for the following on your end:


  1. Double check your products on cart and ensure that they've been marked as a physical product within the product page on your store's Shopify admin, so that they're eligible for shipping. Check out this guide for more information on this.

  2. If you're using Shopify Shipping and are only offering some services provided by a shipping carrier, it's possible that none of the services selected are able to fulfil the required order. For example, a service may have a weight or size limit and the order may be exceeding what this service can provide, or the order may be shipping to a location for which the selected shipping carrier service doesn't deliver to. Because Shopify pulls the live shipping rates directly from the shipping carrier, you can check their respective website or contact their support team to see if your package is deliverable via the different services that they offer.

I recommended you to check the default package size in  the Shipping and Delivery section on the admin side and it should fulfill the minimum size for example 11 * 8 * 1.5 cm this may be very based on your shipping carrier.
