Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders

Have you created a Shopify store in the past? One that you perhaps thought you had closed fully, but merely placed on a pause plan? This could be the source of the problem.
My advice here would be to make sure you have the relevant invoice numbers at hand, and reach out to our live support team. Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached 24/7 via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the "ask about a topic" bar, then hit continue to support to access. I have a video here showing the exact steps to take, skipping any parts will result in a "loop" so it is important to follow this precisely. Let me know if this works!
