I'm not getting paid after my sales

Hi Guys,

It's been around 8 days since I've been making some sales but I haven't got paid yet. I recently changed my bank account to a check account because as per my research, shopify doesn't do automatic payments to savings accounts.

Funny thing is i haven't got any email about unsuccessful payments or whatsoever.

If i check my payouts it shows this:

I'm from New Zealand and i wonder if it has to do with tax code/gst etc:

Any ideas?

Thanks so much for reaching out here - Are you still awaiting this payout to your bank account? 

As you mentioned you are from New Zealand - I want to share with you this page that outlines payout requirements and Payout schedule for New Zealand Shopify Payments specifically. The time between payment capture and payout for New Zealand is 3 days. If you look over the requirements for the payout bank account here - are you 100% sure your account meets every one of these requirements? 

If you are still awaiting this payout, then the first thing I would recommend is reaching out to our live support for their advice on whether or not the payout has successfully gone from Shopify, to the bank. Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. Simply select the relevant topics until the live support options appear, you will then be connected to a live support agent. Once we are sure this payment has gone out correctly, I would then advise reaching out to your bank directly for their advice on why the payment has not been accepted. I trust this helps - thank you!
