Hello, I need to know how to contact Shopify's risk department, please, via email. I have been blocked for 120 days for no reason, I don't know what to do because I have spent a lot of money on advertising.
I just bought new stock of products to speed up all processes and now I can't work. I have already submitted the appeal and have not received a response.I spoke with an agent in the Shopify chat and they told me to wait up to 1 week. I don’t know what to do, please help me!
