I’m new with my Online Store I have a new order a customer placed and already Pay too. How do I fulfill her order and shipped to her ?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. 


Congratulations on receiving your first order! 


Orders can be fulfilled by heading into the Orders section of the Shopify admin. We have a great Fulfilling Your Own Orders document that I'd encourage you to check out, as it provides you with steps on how you can complete this. It outlines however, that you can:


  • Head to the Orders section of the Shopify admin
  • Click the order number of an unfulfilled order
  • If you're using Shopify Shipping, select the Create shipping label to purchase a label
  • If you're using a carrier other than Shopify Shipping, then click Fulfill item(s), and enter the tracking number from your shipping provider.
  • Click Fulfill item(s) to mark the order as Fulfilled. If you're using Shopify Shipping, then select a shipping service, and then click Buy shipping label.
  • The order screen updates to display the order's fulfillment status.
