I do not use the Shopify platform, and did not know that I had auto-renewal of the tariff enabled, I ask you to return the money that was debited from my bank card today

Hi @Erzhan132,

I'm sorry to hear that you did not realize your store was still active. We cannot close your store down, so you will have to close your store yourself as the account owner. Once you have done that, please contact our support team about potential refund options, as we cannot access your billing records through our community forums.
