Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi guys, I've just moved to the Shopify platform.
How do you set it so it sticks to a certain rate...currently customers are being charged postage costs for every item. Ideally I'd like to have different breaks. How do I do this please?
Cheers
James
Hi @BrassKnucks,
I might be able to help you with this. Can you please elaborate a little more on your requirement and also what is the shipping setup of your store right now?
Hi Anindita, thanks for getting back to me.
Currently I have separate shipping charges for each category of product. Please see attached screenshot.
At the moment, customers are being charged for every category of item. For example, someone could order 3 t-shirts, and only be charged x1 set of delivery at £2.99.
Where if someone ordered say, a tshirt and a hoodie and a sticker set, they'd be charged £2.99 + £3.99 + 99p ... I'd like to charge for the most expensive delivery item per order... and in an ideal world then add on say 50p per additional item if possible. I hope that made sense 🙂
Cheers
James
I think I've got it sorted 😃 added different rates and added rules and it seems to be working 🙂
