I purchased a Phomemo

We purchased a Phomemo label printer to print our shipping labels. Can this band be used. We are having a hard time getting it to print correctly and I don’t want to keep wasting labels

Phomemo label printers are not supported by Shopify. Below, you can find a list of supported label printers. 

• Dymo LabelWriter 4XL
• Rollo label printer
• Brother QL-111ONWB label printer
• Standard desktop printer

I would recommend looking into if your printer is still within its return/refund window to see if you can either return for a full refund or exchange it for a supported label printer.
