I think shopify payment team is racist

So i have 3 stores, activated shopify payments on all 3. 2 Store is English and one is Turkish. On 2 stores my documents were verified immediatly when i sent them, but guess what on Turkish site they are holding my money for almost a month and they keep asking more documents to verify like wtf? I used the SAME documents with SAME names and i was able to get payout on other 2 stores. The only difference is language. I was trying to reach support but they are like sending one message in 2 days and keep saying same things. I didnt expect shopify to be racist but thats sad. Everything is legit and documents are legit but i understand now,  language difference can ruin your store and your business. thanks shopify.
