I've setup shipping rates, but still showing free shipping when shopping

I've setup shipping rates:

But when checkout, still showing free shipping

Can someone have a look, which step was not correctly, how to adjust?

Itseems like you have created an automatic discount rule for Free Shipping under Shopify Discounts page. Please navigate to Shopify Admin dashboard -> Discounts -> Free Shipping and check the rules (or) disable the rule entirely and cross-check.

Hi Keerthi

I hope you are well.

 

I have the same problem where my Google Ads show Free Shipping and I do not offer free shipping at all. I only have one active discount and it does not offer free shipping. What could be the problem? I have lost a few sales due to this issue. 
Thank you in advance for your help and I am looking forward to a resolution.

Hello @LindiB 

The possibility in your case could be the shipping configuration in your Google Account. Cross-check your Google Merchant Center account shipping settings and see if there is any option or settings that could trigger the Free Shipping option on the Ads.
