I want to cancel payment to a company using your service

I want to cancel my credit card and all payment method being used by Shopify for wow donuts 

I do not want their recurring shipment service

tveir website is terrible to navigate and the only way to end the subscription is to remove my credit card immediately from your service that is linked to Wow donut 

I want this done asap
