I want to close my store and refund the billing amount

Hello, Kindly refund my total amount that has been deducted from my card at 06th of October as soon as possible. I also want to close my shopify store. Best Regards Thank you.

Hi, @Ish3!

Sorry to hear you want to cancel your store. Is there anything I can help you with in customising or running your store? I would love to help!

Cancelling the store is something that is best done by the store owners. I can walk you through the process!

1. Go to the Settings in your stores Admin sidebar.
2. Next, go to Plans and permissions
3. From there, scroll down to "Pause or Cancel Store".
4. Go to "want to close your store?" and click "Close my Store"
5. Enter your password to complete the process.

Once you've closed the store, you can let me know here. At that stage, we can check to see if a refund is possible.

I can definitely ask our Financial Services team to review the account and see if a refund is possible. I can't say for sure the refund would be approved, but we will do our best for you here!

Hi,

I'd also like to refund. We decided to build our own and never used Shopify past a brief initial setup and first month's payment. Store is already closed. Thank you.
