I want to test whether I can pay with PayPal on my website. What should I do?

I am selling product keys. How can I confirm whether payment via PayPal is possible on my website? I can't log in to my sandbox account because it keeps saying the ID and password are different, and I can't check it because PayPal payment doesn't work in the area where I live. Is there a way to test this for sure?
