I wasn’t using Shopify but my subscription was active and they kept withdrawing money.

I just seen today that Shopify has occasionally withdrawn money from my bank account without my notice. And I would like a refund because I wasn’t using the store but the subscription was still active. Please reach out to me ASAP.
