icant contact support !! i want email for support

i want to change currnecy in my store 

i make a sale for test and i want to change the currcency but i cant because i cant 

contact the support please send the email of support

Welcome to the Shopify Community!

 

If you haven't made your first sale yet, you have the option to change the currency of your store via your Settings > Store Details > Store Currency. After your first sale, the currency is locked in and can’t be changed therefore contacting support would be your next step.

 

Are you having issues getting through to our support channel? If so, what is happening on your end / are you met with any errors? We don't have direct emails you can contact us on, so you do need to contact us via the contact page.

i can't really when i choose store and 

When I choose the store and choose to talk to customer service, it takes me back to the Choose Store page!! He never calls me for support never please help !

@drmoha I suggest trying the same steps as mentioned above on a different browser or through an incognito window. What browser are you currently using? 

 

  • Clear your cache and cookies - when you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

My problem is as follows: During the first 3 days, I had a free trial, and I was able to edit the theme as I started. After the trial period ended, I subscribed to a Shopify plan, and since then, I can't access any themes, not even the free ones. I can't continue editing my site, nor can I choose any other theme. Why is that?

Which plan did you select? If you are on the Shopify Starter plan, then you can only use the Spotlight theme.

Thank you for your response, I have one more question. Since I've already started customizing the Impulse theme, in the "buy" option that allows me to purchase it for $350, when I make the payment, does that mean I'll be able to use the Impulse theme, continue customizing it with my Shopify plan, and later use it for my online store?

Yes, that's correct. When you purchase a theme like the Impulse theme for $350, it becomes yours to use and customize as you see fit for your Shopify store. 

 

As long as your store is on the Basic Shopify plan or higher, then you can create and customize any theme!
