Our shopify store was setup with an owner, lets call him Bob. The store transferred ownership from Bob to Dave about a year ago. Bob's accounts were removed from the store.
I recieved an email a month ago asking to verify the ID of Bob to continue recieving payments. Lucky Bob is in the area so we were able to get this done. But how can i change it so that Bob doesnt have any relation to the shop anymore.

Whenever a store has Shopify Payments enabled and it changes ownership, the Shopify Payments account information needs to be updated along with the store details and account owner information. This isn't something that can be done within the admin, so our support team will need to connect you with our Shopify Payments team to update the account information.
