Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Shopify asked me for some documents to check my identity and my business registration I provided all the requested documents , and now it's been 8 days with no response and the payouts are still pending
any idea how this could be solved please

Still did not receive an accurate answer how long please I have engagement and orders I need to fulfill
We are not able to provide a timeline for resolution. You can connect with our chat support through our Help Center for further assistance with the status of your ticket, but they also will not be able to provide a timeline. Tickets of this nature are handled based on priority and position in the queue, the team that manages these reviews will follow up with you as soon as they are able to.

it’s been 3 weeks now with no response the reputation that I have worked to built for over a year shopify just destroy it in this time I need the payouts to fulfill the orders customers are opening a cashback and I have to pay £10 as fees along side the refund

For the last week they have saying that they escalated the case same response every time the documents are clear and accurate I don’t know why it’s taking all this time while you advertise it only takes 72 hours I cannot buy more inventory or buy shipping labels to ship the current orders I have no idea if am gonna have the money or not ? Why all this confusion still happening in 2024 ???
