If your Shopify Payments hold is due to account verification, you would not be able to receive those funds until the information is verified. This is to ensure that Shopify has done its due diligence to ensure all users of the gateway are operating in good faith and are identifiable. 

 

Are you having any issues uploading your documentation? If so, and you can explain your issue,  I can assist you further. Please note; documents must be uploaded in full without any cropping and must match the information provided. Additionally, for any identification, the document was to be in full color. For example, a driver's license or passport must not be in black and white.

Hello There!

Thanks for your reply.

Here's the reason that payouts on hold.

"Payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold while we review your account

Contact Support for next steps on this standard review. This hold does not prevent your customers from checking out."

It has been over 2 weeks now.

But there's still no any progress.

I would recommend reaching out to our live support team. They will be able to contact our Accounts Team to expedite the process for you. 

 

In the meantime, please check your email, as well as your junk folder, to ensure there hasn't been any missed correspondence. If you find an email from our team, please response as soon as possible. 

 

To create a support request through live chat, email, or callback head to our help center and login. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support', and then click 'Continue.'
