My payout hold when in transit and any email send to me about the hold.
I tried to contact with customer support on live chat
Suport Advisor : I've already checked on it and an email was recently sent and you would need to respond to the email you received from one of out higher support team. Please refer ticket ID: 2e033987-8d00-4f32-a4e1-62c6effa6caa.
Still i dont receive the email
Support Advisor : You can try to check your Spam/Junk folders if it cannot be seen on the Email Inbox. If it is not there, I would suggest waiting for some time then check again.
I dont have email and i cant reply, please check and let me send next step for payout!
I am still waiting email for remove hold on payout.
Please help me.
I cant contact anyone.
How i will remove hold?

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry you are having issues receiving your payout.
The error is stating that your payout could not be deposited into your bank account. This usually means that there was an error in the bank details you provided us. You will need to reply to the email our team sent to you, as that is a direct communication channel with the team handling your ticket. The email would have been sent to the email you used to set up your Shopify store. Do you have access to that email inbox?

I don't received any email about holding payout or any issue, i already got a payout to my bank account a day ago but this held when in transit. I cant contact anyone. please help me.

To clarify, did you end up receiving the payout that was initially in transit? Are your payouts still on hold? If you have yet to receive an email regarding this and still need access to your payouts, you will need to contact our Support Team.

yes, i have received the payout before but now the other payout is in transit and the hold appears for standard review which was already done before on one of my colleague stores. my question is as the guy received his payout while it was on hold and in transit will it happen to us too?

Once the hold or review is complete, you will receive your payout. How long has this payout been in transit? If it has been longer than seven business days, I recommend contacting our Support Team to ensure everything is good.

the payout was in transit like 13 hours ago and the hold appears like 6 hours ago. but it still shows the payout is in transit but the account is on hold like the above scenario the other person is facing
