Inactive store after changing my billing information

It's outrageous how they let you do the store and work so hard on it and suddenly poof everything is gone, so I changed my billing information and suddenly my store becomes inactive, contacted support and they kept saying I should be getting an email which I didn't, all this is happening on the day of the launch so it affected people going to my store and people purchasing which is crazy. they kept saying its escalated to the designated team which Im trying to get the contact info of but I was unable to do so. I know that this won't be solved and its so outrageous.

 

I was wondering if anyone went through something like this or is going through something like this ?

the rate at which shopify deactivate stores after spending so much hours is crazy, faced the same issue and nothing was done about it, after days of waiting they said they can no longer support my store and locked my funds for 130 days, just like that, just look for other good payment providers out there because to me shopify is a no go area with their poor customer support.

130 days wow, and when you contact support they say 48 hours lol, the customer support is so poor, I contacted my credit card provider and they said that the payment went through and nothing is going wrong they just refunded my plans monthly payment I want to believe that they will solve this but seeing all the people that went thru this and nothing happened after months scares me since Ive already finished designing my store and everything this is crazy maybe choosing another online store hosting website is the go tbh!
