Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
A customer received the following error when checking out that states they are in the wrong zip code to receive local delivery. However, you can see that they in fact have the right zip code (removed any personal info)
After troubleshooting the issue, I discovered that the order in question did not meet the Minimum Order Price that we set at $35.
However, it's displaying the wrong error message! Very confusing for the customer.
How can i fix this and can anyone think of a workaround in the meantime?

Thanks for posting to the community! Is it possible that the order is both below minimum order value, and also the wrong zip code? How do you currently have your Local Delivery address set up? Is it by zip code or by radius? If you have it enabled by radius, please note, it is set up to pull addresses in a radius as the crow flies. This means the distance between your address and the customer's address would need to be within the certain distance in a straight line.
If the address did meet Local Delivery requirements and yet still populated the incorrect error that is something we will definitely want to investigate. To be able to do that, we will need to look directly at your account for troubleshooting purposes. In this case, please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in 'Ask about a topic', scroll down to 'Get Support', and then click 'Continue.'

Facing same issue with our store, The address falls well within the radius we have set, but because the minimum order price is not met, its showing this error, can we show a different message if the minimum order value is not reached.
Same problem here with local delivery option. If an order is below the minimum amount, customers receive a message that says:
"This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again."
If I add items to get over the minimum amount, the error message goes away.
