Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have products that have options for discounts with a re-occurring subscription. I use a flat shipping option. when customers setup a subscription the incorrect rate is being charged, the subscriptions are using an economy rate instead of my flat rate. I probably had the economy rate at one time but it is no longer an option.
Reasons may vary. Check Settings >> Shipping >> Custom Profile >> Manage Products >> search for the Product to determine which profile it is using.
Then go to that Profile. Check which Location/Inventory Zone/Rate it is using.
