So I've recently come across a comment on one of my Instagram ads for my clothing store, where a potential customer commented that he was angry about the ad being shown in India when it is displayed on my website that it is not possible to deliver to India.
I quickly had to check if the market settings had a zone for India. It didn't, so I fixed it.
I even contacted Stripe, but they claim the issue is not from their end.
I am still getting tracking of purchases on my ads from India, yet nothing is going through.
Is this because of a third-party payment provider that is at fault?
Should I switch to another, if so which one?
Am I missing something?
Hi @PresidentZak !
Based on the error message that the Indian customer complained, it seems like the issue is the "delivery" I highly suggest that you double check your shipping and delivery settings and markets and see if India region is included and was set up correctly.
