Information and Payment page in Shopify Plus

Hi

My store is selling only digital goods and I want to let the customers have an option to skip entering a billing address if they decide to use e-payments like apple pay or amazon pay. In order to achieve this I want to merge information page with the payment page in checkout. Is this possible on shopify plus?
