Insert Custom link in payment method

Hello,

I want to setup a customised local payment method to customer, so i have to add a URL link and picture in the payment method description. However, i found that the link is displayed as text and the photos cannot be inserted, please help.

Shopify's staff have said "the checkout can only be customized if you are on the Shopify Plus plan. All our standard plans will not allow access to the checkout API to ensure the security of the checkout process."

So you're out of luck unless you upgrade to Shopify Plus.
