Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I've built a Shopify store to run a print on-demand business. I haven't taken my store live yet, but I am doing some final testing. While taking a look through the different payment methods I noticed something odd with Google Pay. My customers have the option to pick-up their print at the print shop for free rather than pay to have it shipped to them, but the default settings on Google Pay seem to conflict with in-store pick-up. By default it allows them to choose a shipping address while loading the free pick-up location pricing from the Shopify check-out page, effectively bypassing paying for shipping. Are there settings somewhere where I can change this? Is the Google Pay check-out widget compatible with in-store pick-up or is shipping the only choice? If my only choice is to turn-off Google Pay to avoid this then this seems like a huge loss of revenue for Google... Doesn't make sense to me.
