Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey, I am new to Dropshipping and I just got my first sale, but I am a little confused about what is happening. I tried to fulfill an order, but it says that it is processing, I know that I have to wait but it also says that it could not process because the customer has insufficient funds. I don't know if it is because I did something wrong or if it really is a problem with their payment. It also says that it has been paid, so that is another reason why I am confused about what is happening.
Hello, @Adriellugo!
Karlie here from the Shopify Support Team! Can you tell me what company you are using to dropship your products with? Your best bet would be to reach out to the dropshipping company or app developers for assistance if you're unsure about anything. However, if you let me know what the company is then I would be happy to see if I can find out any information for you!
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Hello again, @Adriellugo!
Karlie here! Thank you for confirming your dropshipping company. So, the customer's order would only show up in your Oberlo dashboard if the order was marked as paid in your Shopify Admin. If the customer’s payment has failed, then the order wouldn’t show up in your Oberlo dashboard to place with the supplier. It sounds like you might be referring to fulfilling the order with your supplier. If you're getting an error message saying insufficient funds when trying to place the order with your supplier - then that message would be referring to your credit card. You would want to double check with your credit card company or banking company to see if you have enough funds to fill the order.
I hope this has answered your question. If not, or if you have any further questions please let me know. I will be happy to help!
