Integrating external payment methods

Hello,

I have a particular question regarding the integration of external payment options. Firstly and in order to be clear, for me an external payment option is a payment method that is different of the ones specified for my region (Chile), which we are interested in using for our store. Our company is interested in working with Rebill, which is a company that has their own SDK for integrations and is not listed as one the native payment methods, so development would be necessary in any case. ¿Is there a way we can perform this integration without upgrading to Shopify Plus? This would be the payment workflow that we have in mind:

Potential customer completes checkout information -> we fetch this info and save it in order to send it to Rebill for billing purposes -> we embed the Rebill payment method UI while hiding the rest -> the potential customer completes the order with their payment info -> the checkout is confirmed and an order is created
