Integration with my Online Payments Service US to Shopify

I run a payment processing company for small businesses in the US. I want to integrate with Shopify, are there any fees associated with the integration? Normally we use gateways like Authorize.net, NMI, or USAePay. So as long as they can integrate with one of those, we should be good to go on the integration? What should I need to do?
