Internal shipping to employees

My company is considering shopify as as platform to host our company store, which sells company logo'd merchandise exclusively to our employees. We currently handle this process manually (paper form) and ship orders using internal methods (via interoffice mail for corporate and manufacturing or along with inventory replenishment shipments to retail locations). We would like to continue using this shipment method if we use shopify to host the shopping/payment aspects of the store. Is it possible to limit shipping to specific locations? Or is it possible to remove shipping as an option and require shipment details in a special instructions box?
