Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I'm trying to fill out an issue order and I keep getting a "Invalid order confirmation URL" when I fill out the URL secton. How do I fix this issue?

Shopify Support provides technical troubleshooting to businesses that use our e-commerce services, though we are not involved with order or store management. As such, we are unable to help you submit this form or even check if the business in fact uses our services.
With that being said, if the URL you are using is invalid then it can signify that the store has already been removed or the order was not able to be identified. If the merchant has been unresponsive and it has been longer than 30 days, you may reach out to your bank for an investigation. That would also trigger an investigation on our end, but your bank can absolutely offer you personalized support in this process.
