Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I personally print DTF transfers so I have unlimited inventory. However, the garment they go on is limited. I am wondering is there a method that would allow the following:
1. Design A with unlimited inventory
2. Physical Garment Gray Shirt: Track QTY, for this example, 5 Sport Grays in size Small
3. Allow customers to select Design A, and size small, depleting the inventory by 1.
Is there a way to track the inventory of these two, while allowing them to be combined in the order?
You can track inventory properly with our app Fusion Inventory.
Our user guide details how you can use it. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Great I will look into that. Is it available with variant app use as well?
If I understand correctly, you use a different app to manage product variants.
So long as your variant app creates multiple product variants within Shopify Admin, Fusion Inventory should work just fine with it.
Feel free to reach out over email if you have any questions or concerns.
Yes correct. I use VO Product options to allow the customer to choose if they want a shirt, long sleeve, hoodie, or sweatshirt, then between sizes from xs-5xl, as well as various color options.
Shopify variants only allows 100 variants which when combined with the options I need it is not enough.
Got it. Unfortunately I think our app will not work for this particular case. Our app works with Shopify Variants only.
Hi @DuckLuck
I recommend Easify Inventory Sync for this. It lets you track garment stock while keeping DTF designs unlimited. Inventory updates automatically when a customer selects a design and garment. No coding needed. Here's how to do it:
1. Create a Base Product: Set up a Base product of your garment (Gray Shirt size S) for inventory tracking, with a quantity representing your total inventory (e.g., 1000 items). This product will be a Draft and won’t be visible in the storefront.
2. Set Up Bundle Groups: Use the app to create Bundle groups that connect your Base product with Your design product. Here’s how to set up a bundle group for your product:
3. How It Works:
I hope this answer helps solve the problem. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to Easify anytime! 🤗
