Inventory Update includes Products that are not Stocked in the Location

We have two products that when they were initially created included all three of our locations for fulfillment.  We have since corrected the products to only exist in one, corrected location.

When we select Products->Inventory the products still show up in all 3 of the locations--this makes it confusing for the persons entering the inventory.  

How can we permanently remove the products from the inventory report for the locations they are not fulfilled from?
